After reading the reviews I was sceptical if it would be fully adjustable. It is very easy to fit and the bolts wind in or out for incremental adjustment, including the top fixed hinge, it has an Allen key headed bolt that is adjusted through the fixed bracket/hinge. Good value and easy to use. Very sturdy gate and highly recommended ☆☆☆☆

At least if the space where you need it is not perfectly straight, like it happens on top of stairs where I needed this one. Never managed to open with one hand but that s ok for me, most important is that it s difficult enough for my toddler not to open it.

Very happy with this. I've tried other gates over the years but this is the one I am most happy with. If you have skirting boards you'd need to fit it just above them which is what I've done. Didn't bother with the fitting paper included as it just wasnt necessary to faff around with it. Super easy to fit without, very straight forward and opens/closes both ways smoothly. No frame as it fits straight to the wall so it's not going to trip you over. It's a very good gate.

We have three of these in the house, but they have all been a nightmare to install (even when we asked a professional for one of them, thinking he would find it easier than my husband, who did the first one), for the reasons mentioned by other reviewers (poor instructions, the adjustment only going in set increments meaning the gate is either too long & too tight to open, or too short, etc). We had the third one break on installation, Amazon sent us a replacement and that has now also broken - the bottom securing bolt has fallen out (the screw holder is plastic and breaks easily), meaning our two-year old can now open the gate himself! Additionally, even the gates that are not broken can be opened by one of our dogs - he just lifts it with his nose!

Lavoro certosino, altrimenti farebbe fatica a chiudersi oppure si aprirebbe da solo sbagliando la pendenza.
