I bought this gate to contain our dog and also keep our grandchildren safe in our static caravan. To date we have not fixed it to a wall( we have had it a week). It is so sturdy it stands on its own and so far it has been in five different positions with the ends tucked in keeping both our dog safe and our grandchildren out of the kitchen area. I love it. It does have fixings that are adaptable for skirting boards and you can add or take away panels. The gate also swings shut which is great. It has certainly made a difference to us this week

Its not often that something I buy exceeds my expectations, but this item certainly did. It's very well made with main panels made of coated steel, with well designed plastic fittings. This barrier keeps our puppy from entering the lounge, but still gives easy access via the gate, which self closes unless opened fully. Its price is very reasonable, and I have no hesitation in recommending this item. Certainly one of my better buys.

Very versatile. You can fit this into all sorts of openings of different shapes, sizes angles because of the hinged fittings. I have it in a wide opening between living room and dining room. I really think the sides of the door opening need to fixed to the floor though, especially if it’s a hard floor. The whole moved around and slid across the floor until I eventually drilled through the bottom of the gate and into the floor and screwed it down so it couldn’t move. This wasn’t part of the design or the instructions but I had to do it because twist-grip things at the top weren’t enough to stop it sliding around on a hard floor

The media could not be loaded. This was the only child gate I could get that was long enough, however I thought it was pressure fitting ( no tools needed) but as I just want to make my house safe for the baby I just stuck with it. The gate already comes assembled with the one way gate opener. I have tried, every which way to unscrew it but it just doesn't budge and I don't want to damage the thread. I think perhaps this feature should be left for the purchaser to fit as whatever tools were used to prefit it have secured it too tightly. I'll now probably have to purchase tools to gain purchase to get the screw out to fix the two way doorstopper

Installed this across our hallway as we have an irregular stair opening that a standard stair gate wouldn't do. We've installed it in a slight zig zag fashion so it moves slightly when opening and closing the gate but is otherwise very sturdy. On qualm about installation was that one of the metal push buttons that clicks into the next section somehow got stuck inside the metal frame and we had to remove a plastic end to poke it out. It was easy to manoeuvre the gate into a desirable position. Opening requires pulling the toggle and lifting the gate and the gate automatically swings shut which is nice. If you want to leave the gate open you just open it beyond a certain point and it holds it open there. I don't think our 17 month old will be able to open it any time soon.

Il cancellino pare solido, anche data la sua lunghezza e la possibilità di non essere montato in “linea retta” e il montaggio è semplice. Le sbarre sono in metallo verbi iato, gli snodi in plastica. Purtroppo la consegna ha presentato più volte dei problemi, in quanto ho ricevuto il prodotto con alcune parti rotte, ma non (solo) per colpa del corriere. L’imballo è un disastro: gli angoli sono solo protetti da angoliere di polisterolo che nel viaggio si spostano facilmente, lasciando scoperte le cerniere in plastica. ho dovuto rimandare indietro due cancelli perché alcune parti in plastica erano troncate. Pure il terzo è arrivato quasi rotto, ma non mi sono perso d’animo e ho contattato direttamente il supporto del produttore. Dopo un rapido scambio di mail e di foto per capire quale fosse la cerniera difettosa, hanno inviato rapidamente e gratuitamente il pezzo da sostituire.

Se vi serve un cancelletto per impedire a vostro figlio di inerpicarsi su per le scale ma non avete due pareti frontali su cui installare a pressione il classico cancelletto , questo risulta essere ideale oltre ad avere un prezzo molto più conveniente di altri modelli simili. Serve comunque fissarlo con i fisher , i 3 moduli sono intercambiabili (volendo si può anche usare il solo cancelletto), lo sportello si chiude molto facilmente, l'apertura invece è a prova di adulto. Uniche due note : la struttura è stabile e consente al bambino di camminarci anche aggrappato però presente una leggera oscillazione (dipende anche da come lo montate e che angoli create) inoltre l'apertura del cancelletto ha una luce di circa 40cm forse un po' meno di quella di altri cancelletti simili.

Ero alla ricerca di un cancelletto a forma di “L” per impedire alla mia piccola di arrampicarsi sulle scale, ma è praticamente impossibile da trovare online e stavo quasi per arrendermi all’idea di farne fare uno su misura a prezzi altissimi quando leggendo la recensione di un altro cliente Amazon ho preso spunto e deciso di adattarlo autonomamente alle mie esigenze. Non è un intervento complesso per chi ha un po’ di dimestichezza con i lavori manuali, una volta preso le misure e compreso dove tagliare, fare il buco e spostare la clip, il lavoro è durato un paio di ore. Ad ogni modo l’intervento non ha compromesso ne la stabilità ne la funzionalità del cancelletto che svolge egregiamente il suo lavoro (nonostante i continui assalti di mia figlia). Indipendentemente dalla modifica che abbiamo effettuato, le grandi qualità del prodotto sono: -la facilità di assemblaggio con sistema ad incastro e la conseguente assenza di viti e vitarelle (ad eccezione di quelle che servono per fissarlo al muro) -essendo modulabile può essere posizionato in diversi modi, come si vede anche dalle immagini di presentazione del prodotto -il sistema di apertura a prova di bambino L’ unica pecca se così possiamo chiamarla è l’apertura che può essere effettuata solo in un verso, ma nel mio caso non presenta un grande problema e se mi venisse chiesto lo consiglierei a occhi chiusi.
