The media could not be loaded. I don't advise for a large dog 🤣 but it is great for the price. I would buy it anyway as hopefully it'll put him off getting to the bin as it took him alot of effort in that video. Feels sturdy and very easy to put together, I didn't want to drill into my doorframe so I bought sticker things. Easy to open but hard enough for a child, took a while for me to realise I had to pull the grey leaver back to lock the white part. Will definitely secure a child in... Not a border collie puppy though. Would be perfect for a smaller breed

There are warnings on the instructions on how to install the gate, it was very easy to put together and install in about 15 minutes. After waisting nearly 80e on these two flimsy gates , screwed Into the wall and it still fell off into my hands . The nubs to keep tidening them only work so far and u can even lock the gate from the middle then cause you’ve gone over too far ! I then used blocks of wood on both sides and the gate just fell into my hands ! Very disappointed ! Will be sending back as I want my money back . One gate is still in the box and I don’t even open it after what happened the first one

It's fast to fit and does the job but it only opens one way which is very frustrating when your child or dog refuses to move out the way. I didn't need the extender part but it is quite sturdy. The opening to get through is quite narrow too.

Amazing I did use my own screws tho but the ones they provide are ok nice and tall very firm Keeps my kids and dogs from getting into rooms and places they shouldn’t I have grate Dane and Siberian husky keeps them on the correct side of the door also keeps my smallest dog a chihuahua in the room also as she can’t get her head then body through the bars like my old one. My kids can climb normal gates they can’t these as they are tall my almost 5 year old can just pop her head over the gate and my 4 year old his eyes peep over so definitely tall enough to keep them out of harms way like the kitchen.

Unfortunately I received this item incomplete. The extension piece was missing, therefore instead of the described dimension of 92.7 x 2.5 x 91.4 centimeters, the gate I received was only 70cm wide. It was not in original packaging, no manual (fair enough it’s self explanatory) and the missing extension. I was also disappointed to see that it in fact requires to drill wholes for the “mounting cups”. Alternatively if you don’t want to damage your walls you could just use it without but then it’s very wonky and unstable - it would fall by simple opening the gate. Overall the material of the grill itself is good but the closing mechanism is cheap plastic, which looks as if it would break after a few times using. As a result I have returned this item and will continue searching for a better safety gate.

We've been using this gate for 6 months now and we're very happy with it. The gate is well made and easy to install. The opening between our walls was 36.5 inches. I purchased some pressure gate wall protectors Cunina Pressure Gate Wall Protector Guard Protect Door Stair Wall Surface When Mount Baby Gates Also for Shower Curtain with Tension-Mounted Rods, 2-Pack (black) which I would highly recommend if you are using this as a pressure gate and not mounting it to the wall. This gate is sturdy and provides a good barrier for our pets and grandchildren. The locking latch has two settings, if you just close the latch but not all the way down the latch prevents the gate from opening but the locking mechanism does not engage making it easier to open and close when your hands are full. This setting can be good for pet containment. When we need more security and for toddlers we press the gate latch all the way down and it LOCKS the gate. When the gate is LOCKED you need to press a release button while lifting the gate latch to unlock and open it. This can be done with ONE HAND although it can be a bit tricky. Overall we're very happy with the build quality, easy installation and performance of this Regalo gate both as a barrier for our pets and as a safety gate for our grandchildren. Highly Recommend - Would Buy Again
