Fabric will stretch and move out of shape. Gets dirty easy. Difficult to maneuver handle onto wall holders. But it is doing the job of stopping a 2+ year old getting upstairs and it does easy retract when needed

I was skeptical of this product, but the reviews were great! Best decision I ever made - the gate itself is sturdy and hard-wearing. It has had a toddler run at it multiple times and it is still going strong. One of the hooks did snap, however, upon contacting the supplier - they had sent out replacement parts very quickly and we are very very grateful for their excellent customer service.
