I would have given five stars for the product itself, but the installation instructions were not easy to follow, being poorly translated into English. For example, wall plugs are called "glues". We have stairs that turn at the bottom so a standard solid dog gate just wouldn't work. This is the perfect alternative, it fits across the gap well and stops the dogs from getting upstairs while we're out. It does lock, presumably to hold tension, but its a bit fiddly so don't tend to use it. Rolls itself back in nicely and opens super easy. Would recommend for people who don't want or have space for a solid gate. Also it just looks nicer than metal bars.
