This gate makes use of strong materials and design, resulting in a safe, good-looking installation that is discretely out of the way when not in use. I would have given five stars for the product itself, but the installation instructions were not easy to follow, being poorly translated into English. For example, wall plugs are called "glues". I preferred to use my own screws and plugs anyway.

We have stairs that turn at the bottom so a standard solid dog gate just wouldn't work. This is the perfect alternative, it fits across the gap well and stops the dogs from getting upstairs while we're out. It does lock, presumably to hold tension, but its a bit fiddly so don't tend to use it. Rolls itself back in nicely and opens super easy. Would recommend for people who don't want or have space for a solid gate. Also it just looks nicer than metal bars.

Great stair gate for awkward size spaces. We bought to separate our kitchen in an open plan downstairs. It’s easy to open and close, and the lock feature stops our dogs and toddler trying to crawl underneath. Good value for money and looks good. Does stain over time around the bit you hold and where dirty hands/paws get on it. But they wipe off fairly easy.
